This year Loblaw Customer Service, a Loki customer since
1998, upgrading their customer service call tracking
software to our latest, browser-based version of
Forms+Phones. Since selecting Loki, they have grown from
a two person call centre in Toronto to over 50
representatives at locations across Canada. |

Cineplex Upgrades Forms+Phones |
Cineplex has extended their use of Forms+Phones from
basic complaint recording into a broader, customer
service initiative with issue tracking and advanced
management reporting. |

Working with the City of Toronto, Loki has built
the Intranet-based TRP application to help the
city track and maintain information about all
the properties the city has an interest in.
