Loblaw Customer Service Moves to the Browser
This year Loblaws Customer Service, a Loki customer since
1998, upgrading their customer service call tracking
software to our latest, browser-based version of Forms+Phones. Since selecting Loki, they have grown from
a two person call centre in Toronto to over 50
representatives at locations across Canada.
Cineplex Upgrades Forms+Phones
Cineplex has extended their use of Forms+Phones from
basic complaint recording into a broader, customer
service initiative with issue tracking and advanced
management reporting.

Loki, the majority of our business comes from direct
referrals by our clients. This reflects the high level
of client satisfaction we work to maintain. As part of
this effort, Loki provides each client with a direct
support contact to manage their project.
